903 Torque Co. is a U.S.-based apparel and lifestyle brand specializing in automotive-themed clothing and accessories. These terms govern your use of our site and services, including all purchases made through our online store.

2. Products

We do our best to accurately display our products, but colors and designs may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print production. All items are printed to order unless otherwise noted.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. Sales tax may be added based on your location.

4. Shipping

We ship within the U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping times vary based on location and fulfillment. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Apparel: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.

• Stickers & Decals: All sales are final unless damaged in transit. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

• Custom or Limited Edition Items: These are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, slogans, and logos are the property of 903 Torque Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide is used solely for order processing and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, all orders are final due to print-to-order production.
